Barneys pre-sale started last Wed for Card Holders. 40% includes most designers (Dolce, Barrett, Burberry, Lanvin, Lim) but excluded (Junya, Givenchy, Owens, Barena, Brown) as they will be included in the next round. Most of the basics were also included (APC, Theory, RRL, Varvatos). Only some pieces in certain designers were included (Gitman Vintage, Prada, McQueen). Did not ask about Balmain and yes, my credit rating just dropped 50 points.

Welp I called to see if an item was in stock cause its a size they have in store but not on the website and sat on hold for 40 minutes so I guess that means there's something going on there

I just had the absolute worst experience with these guys. I asked them to reduce vat, they didn't, but never told me they wouldn't. I ended up paying 58$ duties on 100$ worth of goods. To boot, the items were US made, so they should be duty exempt.

They won't do anything to rectify the situation either.

I've never had them charge me vat. I always get anally raped on customs from them though.

Are you saying that they didn't deduct VAT, or that they didn't list a lower price than you actually paid on custom forms?

tres bien are best $10 shipping.  I just wish they could have size charts, I hate emailing them and shipping back to them is $40 minimum plus takes for ever.
