If the definition of things are moving means that the same stuff you had in January is still there then yes, things be flying off the shelves.

I woke up to an email from Oi Polloi regarding up to 80% off F/W sale items. I rarely check that site but this time I'm glad I did. I picked up a Heritage Research New Longline parka in green for a steal, which I've been trying to find in my size for months!

Edit: Can anyone speak to potential fees associated with DHL shipping to Canada?

I'm Canada (Victoria as well), with every shipment I've received, DHL has charged a customs handling fee ($7.5) and duty.

Oi Polloi has measurements on the site that might help you sort that out.
I've tried on a medium before and it was far looser than is my preference, and my chest is around 40" as well. A good resource may be Free Man Brand, which is probably the only online retailer with a medium in stock.
