I just ordered a navy sweater size 48 and flight jacket size 50. I few more tempting items, but they will sell out quickly I suppose.

Why do I always miss these? They had a clip jacket

^because you were asleep at 4am. I would have ordered the pea coat if it had been my size. I got up at 5 and grabbed these instead:

Wow...some great prices for Cabourn...anybody familiar with sizing?
It seems the 50 = M, 52 = L 54 = XL...correct? Do the pieces run true to size or tighter?
I am a size L in like EG and XL in other "high end" designers...

Everything I have tried runs pretty slim. I have a 39" chest, and I wear 50 in most everything except thicker sweaters I'll wear 48. I'm typically a M in most other things, including EG.

Yeah, Lewis has some great prices for that stuff...

Thanks a million Zissou! Hopefully what I want is still available by the time I get back from lunch...

Pretty funny. Those damn nihilists. They're all over the place.

Not all of them run that slim indeed. I am 40'' chest and ordered the flight jacket size 50, I hope it fits. Some linen field jacket I tried recently was big on me (size 50). Too bad the links do not work anymore for the items sold out.

Zissou, are these sample sales pretty often at superdenim? Called the shop today for sizing questions and the guy on the phone was very friendly.

This is the third sample sale that Lewis has done. He apparently heads over to Cabourn HQ and they let him rifle through the boxes. I don't know if he'll do anymore anytime soon. This is by far the largest of the three.

I'm willing to bet that the flight jacket will fit you fine. Some of the outerwear is meant to be looser fitting, I think.

^Thanks Zissou. I expected them to have more sizes available. A few items remained still from the previous sale.

Picked up the cream Cabourn Sports Coat in a 54...I hope it is under the category of "slim-fitting" instead of "runs-a-little-bigger"...

^ nice. Anyone have any experience shipping Tobi to canada? 40 bucks flat for UPS sucks because I know I'm going to get fucked on customs.
