I just moved out to the area, do they usually have a good selection of smalls during the sales? Going into the city is such a pain T_T

Barney's is having a deal Aug 6th-19th: trade in a pair of your old jeans, get 20% off a new pair in the store. APC, Nudie, and Rag & Bone are listed in the brands available. Best deal is probably the APC NC at $140-20%. http://www.barneys.com/b/staticPage....EMC-DenimPromo

I think it is for Co-Op (aka Contemporary brands) whereas Barneys mainline is what carries Dior Homme.

" Offer valid Aug 6-19th at all Barney CO-OP and flagship locations." Not good at outlets. I think it's implied that the discount is limited to the jeans listed on the notice.

Sorry when I meant Co-Op I was refering to the brands carried within the Co-Op section as would be in Beverly Hills and New York for example where there is a Co-Op section within the flagship.

I am not sure if it is nationwide, but my local Zara (North Miami) has a sale going on. They didn't have much for clothing and accessories but their shoes from last season were marked down to $29 and $39. I almost picked up a pair, but they look exactly like my new blutchers I just bought ... and the size 43 brown monks were too tight and the size 44 pointy wingtip were too big.

I have to chime in with a report from the sale at Den in NYC today.

It was my first time visiting Den (or Odin, for that matter) and I have never seen a designer/boutique sale like I saw today. First, the sale wasn't really a Den sale, as Den runs on a concept where they strictly stock certain designers at a time. It was all Odin stuff brought over to Den; I even saw the owner at one point taking stuff from Odin and bringing it to Den.

Oliver Spencer jackets (sz. 42) for like $120 (I think), Oliver Spencer trousers for $59 (in my size, but I passed, as I am broke), Trovata polos ($19 I think), Rogues Gallery stuff (surprisingly expensive), Paul Smith field coat for $89, tons of B. Son ($39), LOTS OF Engineered Garments (around the $59 and up mark), tons of Nice Collective (not really my style, but around $49 and up I think), and tons of Kim Jones (really good prices on it, $39 and up).

I left with a B. Son 1/3 button up sweater in grey ($39) and a ******* incredible nepenthes Pea Coat (which is apparently a division of Engineered Garments??) for $49 (an XL, but it fits my shoulders and I'll have it taken in a little. Bargain of the century.

Not to mention that the staff was exceptionally helpful both at Den and Odin.

Highly recommended.

It's not an online sale, and I'm almost positive that they're not doing phone orders. Your best bet is to have a friend who lives in NY pick up some stuff for you, or to go their yourself...

Are you talking about the space next door to Odin on 11th St? It sounds like the same place i was at today, pretty decent prices but a lot of the stuff was older stock. I picked up the EG Bedford Jacket from i think last fall for $59. a WH Hoodie for $49, a 5EP shirt for $29. Still decent selection left, i saw tons of Oliver Spence (but mostly not my size) and some of the EG was questionable in style (the zippered cargo pants in particular). But the markdowns are something like 80% off retail. the guy said it was Odin trying to clearout all the old stock.
