There have been a few tips here on very strong antiperspirants in past posts. You can go that route.

I suggest wearing breathable, light coloued clothing. Sweating is natural and your body does it to cool down. You gotta sweat and if you stop it from coming out of your pits, it will likely come out elsewhere (forehead, back, feet, crotch), so if I'm wearing casual clothing it doesn't bother me that much. It probably bothers the person I'm sitting next to on the bus though

I'm just starting it after seeing recommendations here and elsewhere. Shave 'em, too, that helps a bit.

Certain Dri and Maxim anti-perspirants are said to work.

I had the same problem. I used to buy the strongest anti-perspirant I could find. Now I buy plain deodorant without any aluminum. I sweat less and my clothes don't have those white stains on the pits. Your mileage may vary.

I had the exact same experience. I used to sweat all the fucking time, whether I was hot/cold/wet, etc...

Now that I've stopped using anti-perspirants I hardly ever sweat at all, unless I really AM hot, which is quite alright with me. Plus, those damn super strong anti-perspirants really irritated my skin. Maxim itched so badly I'd develop rashes from the scratching.

aluminum has also been linked to alzheimers, which is the reason I don't use an antiperspirant with aluminum in it. However, adidas makes an antiperspirant without aluminum, comes in silver packaging, forget what it's called though...

I find it works very well, and b/c there's no aluminum, no white stains...

Wear looser clothing in the summer. This allows the sweat to evaporate rather than soaking into the fabric imediately.

do not wear silk shirts during the summer, silk is known to retain body heat and is a material that creates very ugly distinct looking dark sweat rings at the pit areas when worn and sweating at the pitties.

Shave armpits/trim + looser shirts ftw.

Everyone sweats. Stop being such a wuss. Buy some good anti-persperant and call it a day.

I use degree and I find it very effective.

Drysol, it works. Friend told me about it and I didnt sweat for about 3 months under my arms. would leave then gym with sweat every were except my underarms after a great workout, its crazy

You put it on 3 nights in a row and you will not have the problem any more. Only thing it stings and you might not sleep that well, b ut its only 3 nights then you can use it every 2 months for one night to maintain it.

here is the link to buy it
