What did you order? Can you post some pics if you don't mind?

Thanks

I got my pants today as well.  Will post some thoughts tomorrow when I have a minute.

Just saw this thread and website. Looks like good stuff at good prices. Question about returns though: you will refund the return shipping cost for US customers?

A few immediate impressions of the blue sharkskin pants:

 - the website pictures are accurate as to the color and texture of the pants.  No surprises on this point.

 - the cut of the pants is slim, a little slimmer in the legs than the Howard Yount Made in USA pants, but the rise and waist seemed the same.

 - The fabric seems nice enough.  Not anything exceptional, but also not overtly cheap either.

 - The construction, unfortunately, is about what I would expect if you told me I was buying $80 pants that were made in India.  The stitching on the legs is so loose that you can see through the pants.

The stitching is sufficiently loose that I anticipate them ripping down the seam in the coming months, so I may just save the additional trip to the tailors and have them restitch the legs at the same time I get the pants hemmed.

Overall, I would say the pants are a fair value for the $80 USD I paid, but not on par with some of the forum favorites.

Hi Easy Golfing,

At the moment, we cannot offer free returns from the US, but we do offer transferable store credit in its place. We are working on it, but because of our limited volume to the USA at the moment, there are restrictions holding us back.

Rick.

Thanks for the feedback! We'll pass this along to our production team to look into the density and improve upon it. That said, we've been working with the same company for nearly 4 years, and have not had a single complaint of the trousers tearing along any of the seams. But there is always room for improvement.

Cheers,

Rick

Rick, I'll share the same thing I said in PM that each leg is different.  The picture is of one leg that has the loose, see-through stitching on both the inseam and the outseam.  The opposite leg has no such problem with the stitching.

Hi Rick,

Any chance of a thigh measurement for the trousers? This is usually the biggest area of concern for me when buying pants and I would assume that would be the same for a good number of other forum members.

Hi Trailer36. Here is the latest, most accurate chart that includes hip/thigh.  A version of this will be up online by Thursday.  Follow this chart for measurements of the latest group of slim trousers.

Best,

Rick

Thanks Rick,

Let me follow up with another question. Any idea when you guys will get some of the Classic Fit trousers in? If you could include the thigh and hip measurement on those too that would be great.
