We can, but it may not be worth it as we make the suits/jackets/trousers overseas. The courier costs are quite high to send the cloth over.

However, that said, you still might come out ahead compared to a local tailor. CMT would be in the neighborhood of $275 for Half Canvas + courier to send the cloth over.

What are your fabric options for jackets? Can't seem to find anything on your site

We have nearly 500 different fabrics on offer for custom suits/jackets/trousers. We do not offer this program online at the moment. This is in store only for now. We may offer custom trousers online in the future, but no plans for full custom suits or jackets online. Is there something specific you are looking for?

We can send over a few pics to your email.

Hi 7_rocket,

Depends on the cloth. We have a group of fabrics that start at $495 for a two piece and go up to $995. Good majority of cloth is in the $545 - $695 range.  This is for Half Canvas, Bemberg Lining, Nut or Horn Buttons.  Turnaround is approx 5 weeks.

Best,

Rick

Hypothetically let's say we like the fabric of a pair of pants you sell RTW. Could we supply measurements and you simply use that fabric? At what cost for something like this?

Alternately, something I have seen from other MTM providers is you tell the manufacturer tweaks from a stock pattern. Since you have RTW sizes, you could possible do this. Start with a size 33, +2cm to waist, -2cm to thighs, etc. Takes out a lot of the guess work. Would you consider this?

Hi Cousin Donuts,

This is something we've already been looking into. Will depend on if we keep the fabrics in stock after production. We currently keep our OTR suit fabric just for this reason to make trousers for customers that don't match the trouser the jackets come with.  Currently we do not keep extra cloth for the OTR trousers in stock.

We would be open to both options. We don't have the online interface for it yet, but we could open it up to email for select customers, ie. SF members.

Don't have a timeline on this as of yet, but should be in the very near future. We are also considering something similar for custom shirts.

Best,

Rick

Just thought we'd share a new infographic we had done to help explain how our OTR shirt sizing is determined. We have a fairly unique approach to our OTR fit.

Cheers,

Rick

Just noticed there is something bugged in the size advisor for slim fit Blazers. Basically the Chest size is missing, and the size listed under ''Waist'' is what should technically be the chest (Unless you have a 41 waist on a 38 blazer which i really doubt)

Thanks for bringing that up! I'll have the web team take a look at that ASAP. In the meantime, is there a specific size or sizes I can help you with?

Maybe measurements for Chest and Waist on slim fit 38 blazer, I went with the measurements for the jacket of a suit in 38 since they seemed close enough but exact measurements would be appreciated.

Sure,

38 Slim:

Chest: 41 3/4"

Waist: 37"

They are pretty close.

While youre here and were at it 2 more little things.

1. The 120s wool trousers on sale, when you open the page the description under the price reads ''100% Merino Wool - Super 110's'' might want to correct this.

2. Are the navy 120s wool trousers the same material as the solid navy blazers ? The color seems different and I wanted to be sure that this was the case.

Cheers.

We are going through the site. Last week we did a migration from a test site to the new site (which you see) and we are discovering a ton of small discrepancies. Like description changes, missing/broken links, etc. There were even items that were obvious wrong descriptions like Blue shirts labeled Red...we are 95% back to normal, but small things are always going to creep up, real pain in the arse it has been. Thanks for letting us know.

The Sale Navy Trousers are 120's and are the same fabric as the Blazer. You can essentially make a suit from separates.

Best,

Rick
