I need to get a black or dark brown oxford shoe at around 150€ or less. If need be, I could go up maybe by 10 or 20€, but that's the absolute maximum.

I live in Germany so brands within the EU would be perfect.

I'm considering Meermin.es at the moment (http://www.meermin.es/ficha_articulo.php?id=2033), but I really would like to get more suggestions.
I think this one from suitsupply is also decent (http://eu.suitsupply.com/de_DE/shoe...=Shoes&prefn1=collection&prefv1=Spring/Summer), but are they good quality?

I've also seen one from Charles Tyrwhitt (http://www.ctshirts.de/herren-schuh...huhe-braun?q=dmdefault||ml111brn|||||||||||||), but the leather looks a little cheap. Am I correct?

So at the moment, I would like to get some recommendations within my price range, and also some feedback on those shoes mentioned above :)

You are overthinking this at your price point. Meermin classic at €160 for a Goodyear welted shoe is excellent value.

Yes, it is made in China (I think?) but don't fall into the mindset of equating all Chinese products with crap. Meermin shoes are well-made products, although the finishing has had a few issues in the past (snags, hairline cracks on the side of the sole).

Buy with confidence. Spend some time measuring your feet to allow Meermin to recommend the correct size based upon your measurements.
