Those look more brown than burgundy. Rich burgundy looks plastic

The problem w/ color 8 cordovan is that the color deteriorates rapidly after a few wears, looking rather cheap IMO.

With a good quality calf (G&G rioja, Vass oxblood), you can easily polish it with black polish and get to a rich black cherry effect.

As with most shoe colors, imo, burgundy looks better as a standalone piece rather than good with an outfit.

Here's one: iGent as a term of description vs. insult. For me, it will always be a handy way of describing men with loose cash or too much free time discussing instakops and tailored clothing online.

I wear a suit 7 days a week. I was in Cambodia recently for 2.5 weeks and that was the longest stretch of time I didn't wear a suit probably since college.
