I've always had a certain admiration for companies and designers that place aesthetic (and utilitarian) emphasis on the interior design of their pieces. From tech companies like Nom de Guerre and Acronym to artisanal brands like CCP, we've seen a range of unique linings and sublayers like seam taping galore, cable knits, heavy wool, intricate quiltings patterns and the like. Post up your favorite jacket or pant linings of items you own or admire!

Examples:

Nom de Guerre's tech fishtail raincoat, from my own collection

1000

Patrik Ervell's wonderfully minimalist taped seam duffle coat

1000

Esemplare's cable-knit lined Parka

And who could forget Schneider when it comes to button-in scarves and cozy wool linings:

This has the makings of an awesome thread. Hopefully some tailors will drop in and explain some of the art and science behind all this.

The West is Dead hand-linked sweater. From my sketchy understanding, each piece of the sweater is knitted to its final shape. Then each edge is attached to is corresponding edge, stitch by stitch, in contrast to commonly-used cut, overlock, and sew process. I have a number of both machine-knits and hand-knits that seem to be hand-linked, and the sweater seams are definitely softer and stretchier than those that are stitched.

Welp, I realized that I didn't actually post any interior pics of anything.

I'm a geek when it comes to construction details. Sorry.

^ WOW, Devoa´s inside seems so futuristic..

ps: I wanna see coats with straps. I have a bbs11 hoodie that comes with 2 but I don´t think the inside is very nice.. still might take a pic to show.
