maybe instead of thumbs, you guys should do middle fingers for the bad fits. And people who get 20 middle fingers can have their own thread. That will eliminate the campaigning and confusion.
This just didn't photograph all that well. That green grenadine generally doesn't. Still I wasn't happy with how close in texture the jacket and pants were. And while I think the shirt works with the casual jacket, and the tie might as well, the shirt and tie together are a tad too business for the jacket.
While the blue on top is much more saturated than it is in real life, I think it's still too saturated for the pants to really work in this outfit. [/quote] Usually with such light colored pants and a blue coat, I think it is easier to do a high contrast look with a white shirt. I think the particular blue color for the coat can make pairing pants an issue. Colors like the fresco 520 IMO look better as suits because it can be hard find matching odd pants. Also I think that blazer type odd coat combos give the opportunity to wear repp ties or club ties.

Thanks! This man has a very nice suit.
May lead to But it also might lead to some very good discussion. Probably not a bad idea for people to continue pointing out which are their favorites after each batch is posted.I wonder voting for the best out of each batch would draw further interest and discussion.
I think this is the better of the two because there is relatively high contrast between the shirt and tie, and all the colors are in the "cold" spectrum.
For the light blue tie and white shirt pairings, I prefer to wear a suit. The contrast light blue tie on the white shirt seems to stand out better on a suit. I don't know why. Maybe an optical illusion?
