Man, you're quick with the updates.

There's a theory on Reddit that Rita Repulsa may have originally been the Green Ranger.

I never watched the show, but hasn't there been a ton of versions of the team over the years? Why do a remake/reboot film is that's the case. You could just as easily put the film in continuity and move on from there.

People are quite fond of the original rolls and dinosaur theme. Same can be said of a few other franchise such as Pokemon.

So from 3rd to 5th grade I remember watching pretty much all of the Rita and Lord Zedd episodes after school, and yet they only encompassed seasons 1 and 2??? And then the discovery, there were 50-60 episodes per season.

DAMN!!!!

That's a shit ton of episodes per season. I think I've seen like a handful episodes with the original cast and maybe the same when they added the green ranger.

Wasn't the original run a Japanese show that they brought over, dubbed the voices and filmed new scenes with American actors for when they were out of costume?

I did one night stumble on a Power Rangers movie on Netflix called Super Megaforce. Watched the ending out of morbid curiosity and it featured what I could only assume was every version of the team over the years coming together to fight the bad guys.

If you grew up with the show and have any nostalgia for it then it would probably be worth checking out.

My god, CIVIL WAR was great. It rivals "Guardians of the Galaxy" as my favourite MCU film. Everything was great. Pacing, action, dialogue, cheesy/funny scenes at the right time, etc.

And Spider-Man?!! My goodness, give this kid a franchise. Please. Like right now. The huge fight scene at the airport was on par with Battle of NY in terms of awesomeness. And when everything was explained, it wasn't as convoluted as I thought it would be.

No boring ass speeches to Congress, no 2007 slow-mo camera tricks, no complicated sub-plot in Africa, and no needless killing of beloved comic characters. In other words, BvS couldn't carry this movie's jockstrap.

Bonus points at airport battle for Spider-Man's Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
blatant, inter-franchise reference to Empire Strikes Back as he swings around Goliath/Antman's legs like a speeder bringing down the AT-AT

Took the whole movie to another level.

Civil War was great and be assured JrM, it is a Cap movie through and through.

Everybody loved Spidey or BP but I am going to go ahead and say AntMan stole the movie for me. Russos did a great job splitting time for everyone though, no one felt slighted one bit.

My only gripe is they better have more for Zemo to do in the future, I want Masters of Evil taking on the Avengers after IW or something.

While not the best CBM (I think I still have TDK and IM1 up top) it does have the best action sequence in all CBMs, hell as a comic book nerd I'd probably pick it as the best fighting scene of all time? I think that's fair.

I liked BvS but man while waiting for the end credit I just keep thinking, "Fuck, DC should be making things this EPIC!"
