Read the two links I shared that brought up the topic. That image you posted was actually released before DC came out with the clarification they did.
My reply to him was that Rebirth looks to see far more dramatic changes to the DC universe then Convergence did. DC is not going to frame it as a reboot, but when you start bringing in sweeping changes like the classic JSA, a more classic take on WW and the return of the original Blue Beetle it starts to look a lot like it. At the end of the day it doesn't matter what DC decides to call it as long as it gives fans and retailers what they have been wanting (Nu52 was not received well) and they put quality writers and artists on the books then this can't help but be a good thing.
EDIT: I am actually most curious what are the big elements from Nu52 they will be keeping. I suspect the changes made to SHAZAM will stick as DC seems to have given up on calling him Captain Marvel and want to modernize his backstory some. Hopefully the villain/anti-hero take of Black Adam will be one of the elements of the old universe we see carry over. Black Adam was one of my favorite DC characters and it would be a pity to not bring forward all the good character development that went into him over the years in JSA and other books.Edited by Jr Mouse - 2/22/16 at 8:38am
