290 GBP is about USD $570. Any idea as to shipping fees . . . I'm sure you guys know all this already!

I have searched but I can't find the answer to my questions, I hope one of you can help me out a bit here. Sorry, but this is a first for me.
Can someone explain or PM me how this sale works? Are the sale shoes ordered by the customer or in-stock, if ordered are there stipulations on which model you can get? What is the general turn-around time? Thanks in advance.

Send EG and email on the 20th before you go to bed asking them for a list of sale shoes in your size. EG will email you a word file in the morning detailing the shoes on sale. email them back with your selections (and your CC information) and you are done.

It is completely variable. The number of shoes available varies from size to size and sale to sale. I rarely get a list with more than a few in my size. Portnoy always gets a phone book.
