Going to Mexico in Three Weeks. Need to Get into Shape

The woman and I just booked a week vacay to Manzanillo. I've been neglecting my new year's resolution for the first few weeks of the year, but now I really need to get back on track. I have a pretty low fat percentage already but I'm pretty skinny in the arms and legs. Basically I want to bulk up (at least a little) my arms and legs while trimming a little fat around the mid-section. What should my diet and exercise plan look like? I'm thinking along the lines of high protein, high calories and low carbs for the diet and equal parts intense cardio and weight lifting for the exercise. If you could share your insight, possibly with some foods to eat/avoid and exercises to do, it will be greatly appreciated.

Too late, you won't change anything in three weeks.

Well there's not much else you can do at this point other than what you already mentioned. While you won't be all hulked up in 3 weeks, you will see some improvements.

You can go buy muscle implants.

If you do cardio and good weights every day along with a low fat, protein and vegetable diet, you will look and feel better in three weeks. But it will take two weeks before any noticable change. The key is intense cardio, with high heart beat for 30 minutes each day along with weights for the shoulders, back and arms.

Been going heavy on the cardio. Figured fat burn will be faster/more effective than building muscle. Also cut out most starches and doubled protein intake. Work has been a b*tch though; all I want to do is drink beer.
