The woman and I just booked a week vacay to Manzanillo. I've been neglecting my new year's resolution for the first few weeks of the year, but now I really need to get back on track. I have a pretty low fat percentage already but I'm pretty skinny in the arms and legs. Basically I want to bulk up (at least a little) my arms and legs while trimming a little fat around the mid-section. What should my diet and exercise plan look like? I'm thinking along the lines of high protein, high calories and low carbs for the diet and equal parts intense cardio and weight lifting for the exercise. If you could share your insight, possibly with some foods to eat/avoid and exercises to do, it will be greatly appreciated.
