Very slowly, my stomach is beginning to balloon outwards. Since the age of 12 or so, I've been rail-thin, but all of a sudden I've noticed my gut is no longer flat. Now, I think the answer is obvious: I need to exercise. I haven't been to the gym in months. Clearly, that's a horrible thing, considering I'm 19 and should be going to the gym multiple times a week. To keep the pounds off, what would you recommend as a daily exercise? Is running the best way to just burn some calories? I think I'll go for a jog in an hour or two (once it cools down).
