Six sigma/PRINCE2/CIMA/McQualification

Hello all,

My work has a potentially endless budget to put me through a professional certification.

I work in a management consultancy and want to stay on the operational/strategy side of things rather than implementation/PM.

I'd welcome your thoughts. Six sigma and CIMA seem like the best options from an ops/strategy viewpoint but I am inexperienced.

(I am aware that PRINCE2 is a PM qualification.)

MBA or Six Sigma.

Do you mean Certified Investment Management Analyst?  I know there is another CIMA out of London, but can't remember what it stands for.  Perhaps you can remind me?

Thx - CIMA is a management accountants qualification - I've ruled it out as it will pigeonhole me into finance consulting.
