I wouldn't wear those with a black suit. Do you have navy? Is it for an event? Are you wearing to work?

black suit is fine as well. just wear a denim shirt or navy shirt inside with a gray tie or black tie. But the shoe design is better to wear with more casual pants (chinos, jeans) rather than suit pants or a mix and match color suit type
