22K is enough. Dedicated wok burners often have more but 22K is really a lot of heat.

Whether you need a ring or not depends on the shape of your burner grates. Basically, if your manufacturer sells a ring, chances are you need it. They are not expensive, at least not compared to the stove itself.

The last thing I would recommend is an excellent ventilation system.
