Cross-post from Carmina thread: Carmina balmoral boot on Forest last in cognac shell with Dainite soles (i.e. this, only shell: http://www.carmina.telemaco.es/articulo.asp?idarticulo=3465222). Purchased about a month ago, shortly before their price increase.

The small perforation on one side looks incompletely punched.

My very first Balmoral boots:

Im happy with this boot. It gets on well with jeans or dress pants but the only problem is it takes so much time to put on and take off :D

Will buy another ones on next sale :)

mymil, just poke the smaller holes through with a thick needle. This may seem OCD, but I assure you the overall look will be much cleaner afterwards.

Belated thanks for the suggestion! I missed the thread in my subscriptions. I think I'll do that.

Today, Skoaktiebolaget got a new Carmina balmoral boot. http://www.skoaktiebolaget.se/news/carmina-80092-suff-suede-balmoral-01

I'm kinda tempted to get a pair of those, especially considering the fact that I right now have enough money to spend... But I liked the old one with pebble grain instead of suede better so I think that I'll wait for that one to be restocked instead (it's said to be restocked in december biggrin.gif). This year I've spent way to much money on shoes but soon there's a new year. icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

I'm also waiting on the pebble grain upper boots, but Leaves just said in the Carmina porn thread that the pebble grain is out of stock at the moment, and he's hoping for (but can't guarantee) a restock in mid January.
