Balmoral Boot Porn - Page 38

^^ Congrats on the cop.

Btw, cross posted from the Trickers thread:

So yesterday I was talking to Richard at the Shoe Healer and he was contemplating ordering a limited run of Trickers balmoral boots. He was thinking espresso burnished calf and chocolate suede. But before he ordered, he wanted to know if there was interest or suggestions.

I'm assuming you mean espresso calf and suede on the same boot (presumably suede on the upper part)? Sounds interesting.

Balmoral-booted, I need advice. I'm thinking of a galosh oxford boot in calfskin: darkest possible burgundy below the galosh seam, black above. Can't find any pics of such a thing on the web. Anybody ever seen this? Think it would look good? Anybody have any pics?

If it matters, I'm thinking about getting this for my wife more than for me. Toe like Alden Aberdeen, but a cowboy heel.

Thanks for any responses.

These are the right price, at least. I have no experience with them, but I believe Herring's Premier collection is made by Cheaney.

Otherwise, if you're a UK6 and you'd be interested in a pair of Grenson Masterpiece boots in dark brown, please drop me a PM.
