Bought this a year ago, but it's too slim for me. Nice heavy glen plaid wool with dark brown suede shoulders, sleeves, and pocket trim. Lined in a nice denim/chambray material. No size or material tags, so I assume this was a one off piece.Looks great with denim. Very warm. Excellent condition. Will ship USPS Priority.
Pit-Pit = 21.5, Waist (above knits) = 18.75, BOC = 24.75, Sleeve (measured like a shirt) - 35.25

Oh dang I just re read your measurements and I think it's too big for me. I saw the 38 in the title and was hopeful. I am a true size 37...
