On HY shoes: I'm happy with mine. I'll get another pair at some point, probably something like these: L2BF: A few were purged that maybe shouldn't have been. What looks to be a plain blue striped shirt should be kept (2nd picture), as should the blue and brown tattersall (last picture)
What are these?

Calm down, they're not terrible. They seem a little too big for you though. Do they feel ok when you walk?
Long story short, I bought those shoes when I was 180 lbs. Then I went down to 160 lbs, hence the gap in the shoes. I didn't know your feet got smaller when you lost weight.

You know, I wouldn't believe this if somebody told me it, but I do think weight loss at least partially contributed to me dropping a half size.

I assumed Claghorn was talking about the navy and white stripe shirt (I think it was on the bottom of picture 2) rather than that blue and white shirt. Could be wrong, though.

I vote to burn that blue multi stripe.

The tattersall is okay

Okay, here's Noodle's question of the day.
I was just checking out Brooks Brothers' Fitz. suit description and AGAIN saw that they have narrow lapels. It appears if I want a trimmed/fitted cut suit that it is going to have these trendy features such as NARROW lapels. So thus far, I've noticed Zegna going narrow on lapels and now BB?

What are these?

Howard Yount.

Luv: yeah, I was talking about the Hilditch and not the Turnbull.

Rudals: even BB goes to where the money is...which is currently suits which make the wearer look feminine. The sad thing is that BB generally makes durable clothes, so that suit will have plenty of life lett in it by the time skinny lapels behin looking very dated (by 2018 I'm gonna say)

If you're willing to spend money to buy stuff from Zegna, you can also get excellent MTM in a quality fabric and get the lapel width you want. If you are not super hard to fit but just want a classically styled suit that is a bit more fitted, I'd be surprised if you could not get MTM to work for you. Obviously do your homework and know what you are asking for, but if you are getting minor modifications from a stock pattern (BB or other retailers' MTM services) or something pretty simple from the Hong Kong tailors of the world, you should be okay.

The Regent fit may also be a good choice for you if you are looking at RTW options (wider lapels than the Fitzgerald but still a slimmer cut than the more traditional Madison).

Again: Try Suitsupply. Lazio, Napoli, La Spalla all have nice lapel-widths.

Re: Belts. I am happy using braces with suits & formal combinations. Looks much sleeker & also is more comfortable.
