And here is my tie bespoke vintage knotted staff that I have done and seen from the front. And look at the beauty of the shirt collar.

Does NMWA work in Italian sizes or European?  This is from a Cantarelli:

SIZE & FIT

HOW WE MEASURE
Size Chest (CM / IN) Length (CM / IN) Shoulder (CM / IN)
48R 104 / 28.9 73.5 / 40.9 44 / 17.3
50R 107.5 / 42.5 75 / 29.5 45 / 17.7
52R 112 / 44 76 / 29.9 46 / 18.1
54R 114.8 / 45.1 76.5 / 30.1 47 / 18.5
56R 117.5 / 46.3 77 / 30.3 48 / 18.9
52L 112 / 45 77 / 30.3 46 / 18.1
54L 115 / 45.2 77.5 / 30.5 47 / 18.5
56L 117.5 / 30.9 78.5 / 46.3 48 / 18.9

Or am I missing something?

Chest and length on both 48R and 56L were inadvertently swapped. Greg knows about it and his team will probably fix it soon.

Either that or Cantarelli is Kevin Garnett's exclusive jacket maker.

Regardless of that the sizes seem like they're different.  Here's the size chart from their navy catarelli blazer:

SIZE & FIT

HOW WE MEASURE
Size Chest (CM / IN) Length (CM / IN) Shoulder (CM / IN)
48R 102 / 40.2 73.5 / 28.9 44 / 17.3
50R 106 / 41.7 75 / 29.5 45 / 17.7
52R 110 / 43.3 76 / 29.9 46 / 18.1
54R 112.5 / 44.3 76.5 / 30.1 47 / 18.5
56R 115 / 45.3 77 / 30.3 48 / 18.9
52L 110 / 43.3 77 / 30.3 46 / 18.1
54L 112.5 / 44.3 77.5 / 30.5 47 / 18.5
56L 115 / 45.3 78.5 / 30.9

48 / 18.9

According to this I'm like a 52/54.  Or maybe I'm screwing up my measurements.

Without knowing your sizes, just know that they run slightly trimmer than some other makers.

And this is Euro sizing, of course. I doubt any store that doesn't have "big & tall" in the title starts their stock at size 48 in US sizing.
Sorry....yes, they are Euro sizing (+10). I just wanted to make sure to point out the chest and length mistake on the two sizes.

Thats what I thought and I wanted to double check and make sure Rudals was aware of that fact.

Hobers come today!  Giggidy!  Christmas colors Red and Green.  I may just take of the tie I have on now to put one on.  I think I have too much blue going on today.

No. Looking at the specs for a size 38 suit, those are my measurements. Just the pants size alone should stick out like a sore thumb. I am size 31 at the waist. That one particular 38R Zegna suit may have different specs but I think a 40R from NMWA would definitely be too big for me.

Size Chest (CM / IN) Length (CM / IN) Shoulder (CM / IN) Inseam (CM / IN) Rise (CM / IN) Waist (CM / IN)
48 Regular 106 / 41.7 77 / 30.3 46 / 18.1 93 / 36.6 25.8 / 10.1 87.5 / 34.4
50 Regular 110 / 43.3 78 / 30.7 48 / 18.9 93 / 36.6 26 / 10.2 91.5 / 36

I am very impressed with these Vandas. The last one is absolutely superb. Don't ask me why I took pictures of these ties this way. It took a while but it was well worth the wait.

Rudals, Greg will do pants swaps if he can, but I don't think you will need it. I have the 48 trousers and they fit my 31" waist without alteration. It must be the low rise or the measurement is a little off, but they aren't loose one bit. If anything, they are a little snug.

LOVE those Vandas.

Pshhhhh....those Vanda ties...I've seen better at Neiman Marcus ^_^

So I really don't wear ps's and I suck at folding them, my wife got me this for Christmas and I thought it was a clever idea, gimmicky, but nice for me especially.  This probably goes against the grains of SF but thought I would share.  Don't mind matching bow tie.
