The trick with Yount is that returns are difficult. A better option might be @Kent Wang.

I have a Yount suit, and while I love it, I don't know if it would be right for your build.

You could get something like this:

And if it doesn't fit the way you want, you can return it and go the mtm route (the cost of the original jacket going towards the cost of mtm). You'd take pictures of the RTW jacket on you, as well as measurements (you can go to a local alterations tailor to get these more accurately). At that point, it'll be very easy tp acquire what you need.

Did you ever post pictures of your best fitting jacket? I don't recall.

I think Luxire has started copying jackets. Still, mtm with KW might be the best route.

I haven't posted my best fitting jacket yet - it's at the tailors having the sleeves altered - it's a Saint Andrews - this one:

I'll post a pic of that or something better if it arrives in the mail. In terms of good fits pretty much everything from Belvest, St Andrews, kiton, and Brioni fits really well with minor alterations only. Probably St Andrews is best of all.

In terms of vintage, you aren't going to find anything much better than 50s / 60s commercial silvertone or goldtone stuff at that price. For new, forget it. Well actually, you might find some silk knots - which are worth having.

It would be helpful to know what you like - I.e. what sort of style, materials, period etc. you are lookinb for. I tend to favour mid-century Scandanavian sterling silver, although I do also have a few enamel art deco links too.

I have one shirt with French cuffs, which was a mistake: I didn't pay attention when I bought it...
