Dang it, I ordered the Nespresso Delonghi Lattissma Plus just now. Wife better drink that stuff 24-7 and make sure she gets a good return on investment. baldy[1].gif

It would be faster to list the things that are correct I think.

1.   .. ..  .

There, I'm done.

Ok, perhaps that wasn't so "good-natured". Here's a few of the most egregious to my eye:

Two colors is just bad.

Ventless

2x2 buttoning? It's missing at least 2 buttons on the front, more like 4 missing.

Dated notch shape

I don't like the jetted satin-black pockets

You forgot two:

- It was featured in a Neiman Marcus store

- It was originally priced at $1,165.00 (plus tax)

- It was made in Italy

- It's designer label is in Paris?

I thought the back shot pic had a distorted shadow, but i see that it is a two-toned back... ffffuuuu.gif

My comments on this jacket will have to end there...

WTF-GIFS.gif

I had to stare at it for a minute to see that it wasn't a blur LOL. But why would you consider such a weird jacket?!

that jacket is an abomination.

So I thought I'd post this over here because I read that this is a thread for newbies and I didn't want to clog up the AAQQGAQA thread with an inquiry every couple of weeks:

Would you rather have a deep deep brown BB 1818 suit in SaXxon wool or a Charcoal Canali suit if primarily choosing based on color & fabric and not fit(Both fit same on me)? I have 3 diff navy, 3 diff charcoal, and 1 dark grey and am deciding between the two. I'd like a brown suit, but I've never owned a Canali before even though they feel very nice & soft - just Brooks 1818, RLBL, & HF.Mahogany. I wear suits often each week so I like a large rotation.

Thank you for the help :]

I hope you're talking about the two-toned jacket; and not the teal one... :l

You just answered your own question. There has to be a Latin term for this..

Clearly I did not because I would not have asked the question had I answered my own question. I am torn between the two. I only have 3 full-canvas suits, have never owned a Canali before(and would like to) and cannot decide. I have several BB 1818's, which while decent, are not in the same league as Canali so I've read.

I think instead of being a snarky ass who was reprimanded for taking over the damn Ask a Quick Question thread, you should be a gentleman and mind your manners.

A gentleman doesn't use ad hominem arguments in order to placate his self serving bias.
