now I gotta upgrade all my shoes. It's pretty pathetic. The only real staple is the C & J Hallam in black.

Go online and get an email or phone number to one of their UK stores and buy direct. They ship UPS to the US. Thats how I got my last few pairs of C&J.

+1

Easiest way to do it and cheaper than US retailers, no stock issues, etc.

Doodals, this.

Go here http://www.crockettandjones.com/shop/birmingham

Telephone tomorrow and ask for Mark, mention your friend Mr. Cleaver from Derbyshire who recommended you call. He will look after you royally regardless but the point of reference will serve you well!

So let me review my current wardrobe situation for a second.

All my suits fit fine...at the waist. I thought my weight gain would prevent me from wearing them.

Problem? The jackets are small. I cannot button the one I am wearing today.

So I can only come to the conclusion that I have gained muscle/fat in my upper body. LML

Very nice. I didn't even know about this vendor. My only reservation is that it is partly wool. :nest:

You have to venture outside of the Noodles thread, man! Rob is an awesome guy and he picks out some really unique fabrics. I think I have 3-4.

Pursuant to nothing, other than this is The Entertainment thread here at SF, thought you all might be amused/perplexed by this, a pair of C&J Conistans I'd been following over at CM b/s: http://www.styleforum.net/t/393322/crockett-jones-coniston-uk7-brand-new#post_7154319
