Srsly? Press the little icon to the left of the paperclip and follow the instructions. Very easy.

In principle, I like this one though it has a "red white and blue" feel to it so I wonder how it would work (I think it's actually brown not red, but nevertheless...).

Honestly, I don't spend that much time on Style Forum these days and trying to spend less time, so embedding pics is not something I devoted much time to figuring out. But I wanted to get those lovely Vandas up!

I like the easy going camaraderie of this thread and I find myself checking it periodically despite trying to stay away. People do seem to be genuinely good-natured and short conversations like this one on striped ties still give me ideas.

BTW: what do you pair the Vandas you highlighted with?

Ah, It was Academic2, sorry. Just slightly associated with each other in nature.

Oh shit! Right on. I was trying to find something along these lines:

The Shibumi has a bit more brown, though it might just be the picture. Regardless, I think the Vanda might be a smidgen more versatile because of the yellow

Hmmmm...I should sneak into Stitchie's closet and try on his Formosa(?) suits and see how they fit and run away.

Am I crazy?

Personally I don't find it to have much of a 'Murica feel but YMMV.

The brown raw silk I like to wear with cream/off-white linen jackets and suits. The wool one I think I have worn with a gray flannel suit.

Yes, he has much broader shoulders than you.  Your issue seems to be that you buy a size too small to fit around the chest and shoulders, but it doesn't hang right from the nipples down, tugs on your belly, and is too short.  I fear you might have the same issue here.  But I don't have a Formosa suit, so I'm just guessing from your and Stitchy's relative proportions - as they appear, anyway.

Noodles is in denial guys. He's trying to squeeze himself into that 38R... and he's selling both of his 40Rs on the B&S.

Basically, he's selling all of his well fitting stuff, and keeping the ill-fitting stuff. BAD NOODLES!!!!! Poor decisions. This is worse than the NM tie meltdown.

He needs group support. In a tail spiral. Regressing to his previous state concerning sizing!!!!!

He said this about the grey Zegna via PM
Quote:
I got [the grey Zegna) altered but the pants need to be a tad longer and the theigh area needs to be tapered. The jacket feels really big but that is because I have been only wearing tight jackets. But the color just does not go with the color of my skin. I doubt I will be able to get much but it is up for sale.

@Rudals can you post the fit pic of the altered Zegna jacket? I don't want you to make a mistake!!!
