You can that lapel shape reasonably well on the Ethan picture.   The Formosa cut is not symmetrical above/below the buttoning point : the lapels are elongated and plunging to a lower buttoning point.  The quarters are not as open and rounded.   In a nutshell : L&L cut =  ϽC  while Formosa =  )(      Also, Liverano has a voiced distaste for extended front darts (which are common in Neapolitan tailoring from Rubinacci to Formosa) so their coats don't have any.

Greg's abundance of knowledge never ceases to amaze me. You find that suit, Greg?

Chin ups will cause your shoulders to become wider, and the areas around your neck to thicken. It takes time and diet is a factor as well.

Truth be told I went from a 40R to a 46R in about 2 years time.

Yes. To be honest, there are days where I regret my size. If you have broad shoulders and arms that are 16" or 17" it will always be difficult to find good suits OTR that will fit you. So my advice is to not take it overboard especially if you have invested a good amount of money in your wardrobe.
