My first Carminas were purchased December 9th. The addiction started. I will eventually try other shoemakers but Carmina fit so well and my feet never hurt even after wearing them 12+hours at a trade show. One day if I can afford to maybe I'll do a bespoke G&G setup or something. I have many other areas that need improvement first.

Check out about Myo Reps. Myo Reps allow you to have more "effective" reps en less time.

That's pretty interesting stuff. Have you tried it yourself? Do you really notice a difference?

Thanks! I do too! The MacNeil last fits me well. My instep doesn't like their other models at all. I almost always wrinkle the toe box. My prior MTO was in the Players last and had that problem.

Before I wore them

I was really surprised AE redid them for me. I asked nicely and Allison over there said it was a combination of a defective toe box and my instep. So they agreed to remake my Shell MTO in another model. The MacNeil above. I'm happy with it.

LOL

But I cannot resist looking at them hot chics in spandex tights walking around DC with their yoga mats...oh wait, I am married. Nvm

Does lobster, shrimp, and scallops count as fish? If so, you inspired my lunch decision. smile.gif

Being married does not prevent you from looking (so long as your wife isn't with you, that is).

Looks tasty all around. Yes, I eat all those things. But especially a lot of salmon.

I remember the story because I remember thinking a MTO on the 2 last was going to be a disaster for everyone but the few people that last actually fits.  I'm glad it worked out for you.

Yup, mate. It feels good. It also add a new way of training. I feel it more intense. I usually go heavy so that I can complete 10 reps and then sometimes 5 + 5 + 5 + 5 + 5 + 4

I feel exhausted by the third or forth "set" you really feel you have to push through those final reps and the pump you get is amazing. In terms of muscle difference, I'm in a cutting phase so I'm actually trying to go as heavy as I can to keep the muscle, fat has been lost and muscle preserved!  :slayer:
