Uh oh, I've started a meme about Gianni...

Indeed. And in terms of this thread, I hope it stops here. If it wants to continue elsewhere, no skin off my back.

Well how are you guys feeling the kama's?

I need a blue gingham BD.

Also, I find that oxford to be very unique. It's sort of a mottled grey and blue.

Most blue Kama oxford cloths look like this

vs what i picked up

I like that second one a lot. I have always seen it as a f/w version of the standard light blue you posted, even though they can clearly both be worn year round. I have a BB version of that shirt and it was my favorite shirt before I got my kama's.

The gingham looks like it will be a great spring/summer shirt, though I don't have any bd collars that aren't oxford. I may have to rethink that.

Of course. And please remember, all your needs are at our disposal.

He did make this thread...

I think it would also be in order to ask Gianni to cease making these vapid posts too

I think that he has been asked before to spoiler images when he quotes and he hasn't done that. I have never met him, but I get the impression that asking him to do that would be very difficult given the apparent language barrier.

I think the problem was that Google Translated "please spoiler your posts commenting on every picture" as "please spoil us with more of your posts on every picture."

Gianni, si prega di smettere di fare i messaggi che dicono "beautiful colors, elegant colors, etc" e citando le immagini

Non aggiungono alla conversazione. Sono distrazioni.

But yeah, I've put him on block. I'd just scroll past if he'd spoiler images, but he doesn't. I also wish he'd not do his thing in this thread. But nobody wins if we start parodying him. I guess I'm a wet blanket.

JRD, these are great. DId you buy these in store or on line? I think small scale gingham is perfect (I could see going up a few more notches, but not picnic blanket size).

I am considering something slightly larger scale: http://epauletnewyork.com/products/cutaway-collar-navy-gingham

I would not go any bigger, like this: http://www.lyst.com/clothing/jcrew-vintage-navy-slim-secret-wash-lightweight-shirt-in-van-buren-gingham-1/

A gingham too far. I'd be happy with the first two sizes for checks but not the latter. Thoughts?

(ALso, can someone teach me an easy way to embed images?).
