Just picked up a suit from Will this morning myself - really really spectacular work, great guy, and not all that much of a premium over what other DC tailors charge.  It's amazing that a guy who does bespoke at his level accepts alterations work but I'm more than happy to be the beneficiary.

You don't like the particular medallion on the Edgewear or you don't like any shoes with medallions?

I dont know what premium people are talking about. But even if there is one, I am fine with paying it. Will saw my pants and knew exactly what needed to be done. However, my two-faced previous tailor said those pants with lines cascading down the back said they were fine and turned me away. Good to have met Will. I will be picking up another suit from him next week. Hee ha!

Out of curiosity, what does a bespoke suit with Will cost?

Starts around $3,500 or $4,000.

Okay, I was finally able to make it to Suit Supply in Gtown. My coworkers wanted my help (LOL) with buying suits.

Even though I did not get to spend that much time in trying on different stuff, the one thing that bothered me was the quality of the fabrics.

Maybe it was because they had Spring/Summer collection out but most of their stuff looked...of poor quality in terms of fabric.

I am going to go back and have a second look tomorrow but this is my first impression.

What you posted appears to be a wool/linen blend. From what I've seen from you, you only have experience with %100 wool. Your disappointment might just be from your lack of experience with other fabrics. Suit Supply has some pretty decent fabrics, for the most part.

Yeah, thats definitely got some linen in it, which is what gives it that rough, slubby appearance.
