rudals, screw SF, wear what makes your wife happy on her big day. you are just an accessory. she should be the best dressed person at the shindig, not you. trust.

My pet peeve: that answer

Calls back to the days of when marriage was the goal all women strived for. And it cheapens the role of men within a ceremony that should be, and is, equally important to both of them.

Not saying that "it's her day" is necessarily a bad answer. Just that it shouldn't be an unquestioned default. Knowing what we know about Mrs. Noodles and the Noodle-in-laws, it probably is the best answer in his case.

pfffft. im not saying that its not rudals day. well, i did say that, but it was meant for shock value.

what i meant was this, its more important to make his wife happy than a bunch of humps online. its important that he is happy with how he looks too of course, and its his day as much as it is hers, but as far as how important that day is on a personal level, usually the details are a much bigger deal to the bride than the groom. so, how much, and where, he decides to compromise with his wife, should not be dependent at all on what SFers have to say about wedding attire.

If shes happy then I am happy. If I have to sacrifice here and there to make her happy then I will do it. BUT, I will still get what I want...somewhere down the line.

Eh. He was not good clutch runner, and with the good O line anyone can get 1000 yards. For example see the Broncos in the late 90s.
