All joking aside guys, is there any interest in a fitness accountability thread? If not, I'll shut up, finish my beer and get on a stationary bike. If so, I don't mind starting a thread.

Never, or if I have to, whenever I have nothing to throw up :-)

I am interested. Update photos (not too graphic) would be nice.

I can't even get decent fit pics. Fitness progress pics are a total no-go for me.

He means the "Random Health and Exercise Thoughts" thread. Not sure why he used the acronym and assumed everyone would know what it means.

It's kind of a catch-all fitness and nutrition thread, frequented mainly by SW&D folks. Your idea of an accountability thread sounds good to me.

Nothing already exists over on the Health and Body forum?  I'm surprised.

Cheers,

Guess there may be. Never connected "Random Health and Exercise Thoughts" as being the sort of thing I'm thinking of. Not really familiar with the culture of that thread, but will take a look.

Yeah. I like the thread. If you think this was bro-y, it can get better over there.

They had a 'cut challenge' a few months back. Show pics before, and then send in pics later (after a few months), and most improvement wins.
