Are you sure that the shoulders are unstructured? (Most jackets have at least some padding already in - even if very light, and aren't unstructured unless specifically stated so)

and why do you want to add padding to an unstructured jacket? Which jacket are you trying to do this to?

Orazio Luciano uses noticeable canvas to add structure to the front and shoulder up to the armhole, but no padding in the shoulder. Compared to a really unstructured jacket, the front and shoulder are much cleaner. The canvas is not stiff though.

Is he going to have a picnic attack again? I hope that he tells us what to bring for it - last time, we ended up with excess deviled eggs and cole slaw, and the potato salad went much too quickly . . .. satisfied.gif

Those are structured. If you do go down this path, please document it, would be interesting to see how it's done/before and after pics. (Not trolling here, actually interested)

@The Noodles why not just sell your Formosas? It'll give you a bit of cash in the pocket to burn on whatever style presently tickles your fancy.

I would be looking at losing at least $500 per suit.

Whatever I have said, they're good suits with good fabric. It's just that I have narrow shoulders
