That man can throw on anything and it would still look good.

I cede to evidence.

Though low contrast is a pretty limiting boundary.

Lovely stuff! Can't open pic fully for some reason, grey suit?

Anyone got a nice example of a recent burgundy neat? I saw a nice one from shibumi recently but can't open link again (ah, lovely internet in China)

nope, blue Canali suit, kiton shirt and of course EGC tie

Great. Thank you, sir! Will order when I touch down in London next week! Any example of a recent and in stock burgundy neat would be amazing, too!

@Cleav, well done (as usual). That's pretty much what I had in mind.

Noodlers, what do you think of these two ties? Versatile? I was thinking the first for a wedding tie, but is the second's herringbone pattern too "jacketesque?"

Noodlers,

I looking for a tie.
Any suggestions before I return to Neiman Marcus? Sam Hober is great but I have most of the ties that I need from them. Vanda has good looking ties but their thickness is starting to displease me. ET doesn't seem to be restocking. Any suggestions?

What do you mean regarding Vanda?

Check out YellowHook...great products. Have probably close to 20 of them

@Gerry Nelson , where do you get your long sleeve polo shirts?

Vanda is expensive as sh*t too.

Try Conrad wu?

You won't like this, but NMWA has nice ties. Some are on end of season sale currently.

EGCapelli?

I am starting to not like the knots with Vanda ties because the ties are too thin.

I prefer Sam Hober's grenadine knots, bulky knots.

I just checked out YellowHook and just saw like 5 ties...

I like ConradWu but I believe I have all that I like from them.

Yes, NMWA carries nice ties but never have been able to find anything that I like...even when I had store credit.

Capelli...we know what happened there but he's worth revisiting.

I will check out Henry Carter.

Seems like I am making every excuse not to purchase from the recommendations but believe me I am not.

+1 for Henry Carter.

Given your more casual workplace, any thought as to knits?
