Wedding task list for noodles:

1). Buy wedding ring from stitchy
2). Buy POW tie from Conrad or fleabay. No time for Hober
3). Profit

1 being the most important of course.

also, if you use DHL you can have your hober in hand in about a week.

I am in contact with Stitchie about the ring. So the stuff that I wasn't supposed to pay for...like roundtrip plane ticket...was paid by me when someone else was supposed to pay for it. Stuff like that just effed up my budget for the ring. $2,000 for a plane ticket?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well yeah... did you just buy the plane ticket? They go up fast towards departure facepalm.gif

When I went to China the tickets were hella expensive for business class even though I booked ahead of time. Just used miles

noap! i think my last order was just about a week from order date to delivery. also, if its for a special occasion and there are time constraints, you can just email david and he will usually do his best to work faster for you.

Man what up with these plane ticket prices?! They jump $400 per week!!!

I am done buying them. I just need to get my money from the people who were supposed to pay for these.

I just pulled the trigger because they weren't moving fast enough.

If you're buying them online, are you using private browsing? The more times you have searched for a flight to check the price, the higher the price goes. It's not always the case, but it has saved me quite a bit over time.

^interesting they would use that pricing strategy. I might have thought the opposite.

Not all airlines/aggregator sites use it, but some certainly do. I've personally seen a difference of around 100GBP. Not a bad return for a one click move. I suppose they're thinking that the more you search the more desperate you get, so you're willing to pay a bit more. Anyway, it doesn't hurt to give it a try, even if there's little difference.

March 29 is the wedding and my to-do-list is massive. I have been swamped by work for the last 2 months and haven't done anything. I need to knock out several key things before I arrive ship off.

- Ring: Stitchie has been very patient and WILL help me get this in time

- Tie: For the sake of time (delivery), I think I will go with Conrad Wu tie.

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
Prince of Wales

- Plane tickets for her, me, parents have been purchased. I don't even want to think about the price.;;;;;;;;;;;;;;

Take it all with stride my man.  Make sure and try and enjoy it all too.

It's really lovely and awesome on your finances when the wedding suddenly gets pushed up from June to March. Heeeee ha~

I feel like I've hijacked this thread. My apologies. But it will end very very very soon.
