The limit is what you are willing to spend. I'll be happy with any tie, even if it's from Jos A Banks or so. It will be my trophy. smile.gif
Fine. A suit from the Seoul location before 12/31/2016. Do I have to take delivery or paying and going thru couple fittings enough?

For your prize, I will pick from Vanda, Sam Hober, and ET. Let's not waist money on JosABanks.

Noodlers, do I JUST need tapering of the trousers or more for these suits? Add shoulder padding? Shoulder extensions? I am going to take the pow to a local shop for starters

GROUNDHOG DAY

I don't think you need tapering. Have the tailor clean up the seat so that the pants drape better around the thighs. That's it. LEAVE THE JACKETS ALONE, NOODLES.

(And, honestly, I would probably happily wear them as-is. But, you know, I'm too lazy to get my sleeves taken up...)

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
Sorry, that last bit is a cross-thread joak. Carry on...

Take up the sleeves a touch on #1, the others look fine, relatively to the length of your shirts.

all looks excellent to me!  :fonz:

i would not touch the sleeves, especially not if they got working cuffs.

Extending the shoulders / adding shoulder padding are both incredibly stupid ideas. If you don't like a particular cut of suit, buy a different cut going forward and consider it a lesson learned. Do not butcher a good version of something you've decided is sub-optimal for you by turning it into a mediocre version of something else.

I also seem to recall these suits (or at least some of them) having already made multiple trips to alterations tailors. You can always find a photograph that makes it look like more alterations need to be done. Stop messing around and just keep wearing the suits. If you really want to get alterations done again on the trousers, fine, but leave the jackets already.

If @EliodA actually succeeds in getting Noodles into a BnT suit/jacket, he needs to get a god damned prize.

You should fix the collar gap on the POW

He says with a mischievious laugh, knowing this will become the new point of obsession for the next month.

Chickening out already, are you? The only thing that will do is you posting pics here or on WAYWRN wearing your BnT suit. We need proof! smile.gif
You have more than a year, should be enough time.

Honestly, a JAB tie is enough for me. I wouldn't want you to waste more money, now that you're about to ruin your nice Formosa suits, which will need to be replaced...

Fine. An outift pic(s) in waywrn showing bnt label. Must be from Seoul.

No, I hate JAB.
