@Cao Cao , get on the B&T tumblr and pick out some suits you like, then post them here. We'll provide feedback on your choices.

I think this would be the fastest way to find something really good.

@Cao Cao I second the rec for Harrisons Oyster. Very sturdy cloth with some nice mid blue shades. Either that or Minnis Fresco fresco AFB to continue where your left off with your ill-fitting Formosa suit

i would go for something like the first one.

I´m thinking of ordering a suit via their representative in Sweden later this year, so please take some photos of the process if possible :)

Coxsackie, is your suit ready yet? (or have I missed the pictures)

This is bloody awful. What a way to waste a nice suit.

This is definitely one of my favorites from my own WAYWRN posts. I did know it would not go over well with some posters here though.

I've interleaved my thoughts between the photos, so they appear to be part of your post. I've bolded my responses to make it clear they're mine.

^Conservative colour and cut, but the fabric's "brushed metal" look creates textural interest. Winner.

^ Nice lapel roll and shoulder expression, but I don't like the colour, which seems to veer towards the "shiny Seoul-corporate-journeyman suit" ethos.

Great casual suit but you wouldn't be wearing this at work unless you're the CEO.

Fabric is non-corporate but the result is nice. Might be a good choice for next year, after you've honed your charcoal game.

No. (Seems the same as no. 2)

Hope this helps. For me, no. 1 is the winner. Conservative but with a subtle pizzazz in the cloth texture.

#1 is a medium grey sharkskin, yeah? I like it.

Agree with Cox's assessments.

Like EFV's look. MaoMao's as well. Less enamored with NP's outfit, but I've liked others of his along that vein.

Quite a journey down the memory lane. Of all the great CM posters of yore I would single out Parker, who seems to have a great natural style (as opposed to articulated theories about style).

I would go with a medium to light grey fresco.

But in all seriousness, I am partial to a medium to dark grey sharkskin, a la my commission from despos. Conservative enough to be conservative, but just different enough to likely be the product of bespoke. As for cloth, I would not come in with suggestions. See what they like to work with, all tailors are different.

Medium grey doesn't suit Noodles, sorry, Cao Cao's complexion.
I can't believe we're having another Noodles "what suit should I choose" discussion again. This has all been discussed already ad nauseam.
