Kids are awesome. I'd like at least 3. Last girl I seriously dated wanted 5. Of course, I may well change my mind after 1 or 2.

Well, given that children (child) are many years away yet, and I've had this plan of action in mind (not something I'll decide upon until talking to a few doctors about it), I wouldn't call it rash. Now, if I were Noodles, I'd make this decision after a few moments thought and then two weeks later try to exchange my vas deferens.

Does anyone know if you'll get vicodin after a vasectomy?

Strangely, when the vasectomy discussion came up, I got no mileage out of pointing out how hard it is to successfully reverse the procedure. Seems the wife did not share my concern that a much younger second wife might want kids.

This thread is seriously all over the map. Entertaining to read 50 posts....I do think Noodles and Greg need to take everything to a PM. Seems like its getting out of hand

Oxycodeine. And it was awesome. I think. Okay, I can't remember at this point. But I was told it was awesome. I just remember drooling a lot. And crying. Lots of crying.

What I'm saying, Clagster, is that although you might be able to reverse it, that's not wise as a plan in itself, so don't do it unless you're pretty sure.

Also, more advice: don't put off breeding until everthing else is sorted. That day never comes.

So how does everyone here decide on the maximum size of their wardrobe with respect to tailored clothing? I imagine closet space may play a part as does frequency of use / whether you dress in classic menswear out of requirement or desire. I settled on 20 items before implementing a 1 in 1 out plus 1 policy. My thought process was pretty much that I like to have a bit of variety in my suits and sport coats for each season, but I don't need to wear classic menswear each day and don't really want to own something I'd wear less than 5 times per year (dinner jacket as the exception). My favorite things get worn about 15 times a year. My least favorite things probably 5-6 times a year.

Btw I have three. Kids not balls.

They are all in their teens, and I'm intending to go again.

Archie: I bought seventeen sports jackets from Spoo. Tailor has killed a few, but basically I'm going to have to move. All true.

Not all at once. Over...several...weeks. I stopped now. And they are split across the seasons.

We've both wanted a single kid for a while (and me, pretty much my whole adult life, even pre Mrs. Claghorn). Just waiting until my first tenure tracked job to start trying.
