You know what would be the absolute easiest and least expensive fix for your perceived problems? Diet and exercise

I think people are misunderstanding my action from today.

I am not interested in Tom Ford suits.

I am interested in different styles.

Formosa is different, and is NOT wrong for me.

I was surprised to see that the Tom Ford suit fit me well, at least it looked good to my eyes.

This is just another chapter of my sartorial life.

Try different styles.

Try different styles.

And nothing is wrong with that.

Dear Noodles,
YOU ARE AN IDIOT!
The Fomosa.

The Tom Ford.

Freaking angles... The fresco looks great with that photo angle.

Separately, the shape of the fronts and quarters on that TF (won't even mention the lapels) is what my tailor would call "e brutto!"

The only thing that is slightly better on the TF is the length of the jacket. A bit longer looks better on you. Other than that, it's Formosa all the way.

Thread Starter

The quarters on the Formosa are infinitely nicer, but I like the shoulders and length of the TF more. But I think even Noodles, now that he has calmed down, will acknowledge that buying those Formosa's was not a mistake.

The TF is 80 wool and 20 silk so it drapes better. Right?

My apologies for all this unnecessary posts about nothing. The TF isn't British style now that I look at it.

@gdl203
Is the hanger that comes with Formosa suits good? I have cedar hangers but just thut I ask.

Also, should I button up the 1st button when hanging or hang unbuttoned?

Hanger good

Button no

why the hate for the Zegna/TF quarters?

I love the Formosa hangars.

TF vs Formosa quarters?

Major difference is that TF is more squared off...

StyFo 2015 = Neapolitan or bust.

It's the relaxed vibe of Neopolitan cuts that do it for me. The TF above just looks very severe in comparison

I'm talking quarters though. Not shoulders or chest...
