The problem is that she cooks well and I eat too much!
I was able to maintain my weight (170~lbs) by going really lite for dinner but it is hard to maintain when anything can be on the table.
When we were on our 2.5 week long vacation we ate whatever and whenever.
I QUILT SF until my body is toned, fit, or athletic and will not return until it is!
I am so sick of this dang circle of weight battle discussion.
