Just FYI....Steed does both half and full for semi-bespoke. Two piece full canvas suit is around $2200usd based on the prices Matthew sent me late last year.

Oh, I thought he meant the shop in Italy. If they can take good measurements in NYC I'd certainly go MTM over the MTO. Makes it a better value proposition. Of course you'll have to include hotel costs and whatnot, but I guess you can make a nice weekend trip out of it.

Yep.  MTO/MTM is the same thing for Sartoria Formosa (both were completely foreign concepts to them until I asked them to do it, of course - all they knew was bespoke).  We get significant savings on fabric when we do runs (hence the better pricing for GMTO) and more efficiency as well.

Single order MTO/MTM is $2,090 + fabric (or not, if the customer brings his own).   10% off for SFers.  I think that's a fantastic product for that money, but I guess that's subjective.  What other Neapolitan tailors offer better value for garments that are handmade on their bench, the same way all their bespoke stuff is (not outsourced to a factory and just put their label on it)?

And steed semi bespoke is half canvassed. Full canvass is 300 extra (the price murl was quoting).

Also, why is noodles taking the bus?

That would be too bad, as my price list says 1350 for fully canvassed semi bespoke.

That's right....in pounds. I forgot to deduct VAT so I guess it would be around $1800 for us in the US of A.

That's almost certainly in GBP, based on the quote I was given
