Got a Yanko belt. Made in Spain.

1.25 inch in width.

Too bright?

I like that belt, but you've got to stop taking pics of your crotch.

I want a new suit. A charcoal gray suit.

I ain't going to Suit Supply. I tried but the quality in DC is terrible and the sizing is just dang inconsistent.

Formosa is out of stock.

I ain't going to Nieman Marcus for name brand suits at full retail.

That leaves the likes of Kent Wang. But the trousers that I received last week was made in China. Are all their stuff (suits) made in China?

And B&T cannot be done until next February/March/April time frame.

You've managed to exhaust all the suit makers in the world lol8[1].gif

You should have a good grip on your size now and time to start shopping the SF marketplace

Have you tried on an Eidos suit before? There's a guy working at the Bloomingdale's in NY (Marc) that can help you order from their stock. If it doesn't work out you can return it to a local Bloomingdale's store. Last I checked they have a grey charcoal in stock (a few weeks ago) - I think the price was around $1300.

Alternately, I bought a beater charcoal suit from SuitSupply for when I need to travel. Yes their customer service and styling sucks, but if you know exactly what you want and how you want it to fit, just walk in there and ignore the sales reps.

Yes, I've been perusing SF market in recent weeks.

Never tried them. Is this the same Eidos that I am seeing on NMWA? I also saw them in Saks Fifth. Are we talking the same maker?

Yes you are.

You can always MTO a formosa or eidos in a charcoal grey, and that way you can choose whatever swatch you like. Noodles going next level?

and the belt doesn't look too light, just try to match belt and shoe color.

I have a charcoal gray flannel suit...its one of my most used suits in winter.

Go for a quality maker and get something you can use for years.

Where are the swatches? I only see them when someone starts a GMTO. Is there a central place for Formosa swatches?

I would love to have my Wedding suit remade by Formosa.

Formosa can do pretty much any cloth from any mill as long as they can source it...you just need to figure out what it is you want.

Saks doesn't carry Eidos, but yes, NMWA does.

Uh oh haha.

NMWA has swatch books from pretty every maker. If you want you can visit them, or if you know a fabric you really like, and know its number/reference, they can use it. Or, if you want to browse, you can look up some mills have their books on the internet (

The Minnis groiup

Harrison group (Lesser, Harrison, Smiths, etc, etc etc etc)
