Yup I heard nothing but fantastic things about Luxire in regards to Shirts/Pants/Trousers but I haven't heard much feedback in regards to their suiting/jacketing which I am primarily in the market for at the moment. As soon as I dial my fit in with the chinos I ordered, I'll be sure to order more as I have no doubt that their quality is great, especially considering their price :)

@ Sugarbutch, are you referring to their suits?

I'd venture to guess that KW's quality is the best of these and the price makes it a great value. EP/Southwick's quality is excellent IMO, though 1/2 canvas I've never really noticed a difference between there's and a full canvas Golden Fleece. My favorite is their 3/8 lined constructed soft shoulder. For SuitSupply, I've only tried Havana and Madison's. The quality was okay, good for the price, but I wasn't that impressed. The fabrics might have had more to with it though, than the construction.

Yeah man same thinking. Wasn't really thrilled with SuSu's quality but I only have 1 suit (napoli) from them so maybe I'm just an odd one out. However I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody because at their price level, it's ridiculously hard to beat. I have 2 other MTM suits which cost more a few hundred more: 1 from AkselParis and 1 from Knot Standard (online MTM) and both are sub-par to SuSu overall. On another note, looking forward to dropping in on Epaulet's store to see what they got :)

Formosas back from the tailor. Might be some weird pulls etc in the photos, had the camera on timer and was trying to dash over then look as relaxed as possible! How does the navy birdseye (size 46) compare to the glen plaid and grey flannel (both size 48)?

Formosa navy Birdseye

Formosa glenplaid

Formosa grey flannel

Also Eidos chunky hemp, Proper Cloth linen stripe, Rota sand trousers, Carmina suede wingtips and Drake ps.

Thanks gang

The tailor did quote a bit of work letting out the jacket and pants on the 46, so I think 48 is the way to go for now.

That hemp jacket is... ummm.... (wait for it)..... smokin'.

Your tailor did a great job to bring that 46 to where you need it.  I prefer the 48 on you and the trousers definitely fall better - the line is very good.

Yeah, he did a great job. The only thing we couldn't figure out was a weird bump on the grey flannel's right shoulder. He tried pressing it but no luck he thinks hopefully it may settle down in time. I'll take a picture next time it's on to see if anyone has advice
