@Monkeyface, if you are at the point where you have no real needs in your wardrobe and just want another pair of brown cap toes, go for it. Otherwise, no. Since you will be wearing black shoes 4-5 ties a week and I assume most of the time you are wearing a suit, I don't see the value in having a second pair of brown cap toes. You'd be better off with some sort of derby or more countrified shoe that would work with odd jackets and more casual clothing.

Thanks, I've been looking for a pair of reasonably priced long wings/gunboats for a while now, so I guess you're right on that one.

Nah, those are fine. I only have one pair of black shoes, when I need a darker shoe I use this ones.

I am actually gonna visit them when I go up north to NYC.

I still don't understand why derbies' are not CBD and my apologies to Monkeyface for not understanding it but I like this derby.
