All measurements were within .5" except the sleeves. The sleeves have enough to get within .25" of my preference. Most of the other measurements were dead on. We shall see.

We're the #1 active thread in SF...and I am the #2 active user in SF...and I am still getting my work done at the office. Beast multi-tasker!

Dear JRD and L2BRF,

What the heck happened with my fit today? Did I forever raise the bar and now people are critiquing me with higher standards or did I just bomb it with the knot, the freaking hair, and the poor fitting jacket?!

I told you what I thought already. That said, higher standards certainly play into it. If RTC posted that he would have a bajillion thumbs methinks.

Then, I'll start dressing like RTC for awhile.

L2BRF, you look darn sharp in suits. Why not stick with them?

Great, can't wait to see tomorrow's fit with black pants, light tan boots and a red plaid shirt.  Should lead to a good discussion in this thread on whether a navy blazer, solid black knit tie and a cream silk square would have pulled it all together.  :D

@luv2breformed, not a bad purchase. You seem to have basic solid staples (navy and grey) colored in your suit selection, so a casual suit like that can be a nice addition.

@Rudals, get that green neat from Shibumi and you can join the club with me and @in stitches icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

Screw that. I got mine own clique~ :nest:

Question: would brown captoe oxfords be useful in a shoe collection that already has brown museum calf captoes, brown austerity boots and brown suede loafers (when it comes to brown shoes)? Assume that brown shoes will hardly ever be worn professionally, so maximum 2-3 days a week.
