Then accept him as your voice, damn it. The man is SF's own Jack Kerouac.

What are these bonus things?

As an employer I would be less than thrilled to know that one of my employees was so eager to wash his dirtly linen in public...

True. But I just got burned.

...can you get me a job?

Not with anyone in this thread, I'm willing to bet. But we all love you as a friend. Wouldn't as an employee perhaps.

Though I think that myself and maybe Stitchy are the only folks who know where Noodles works. Maybe RTC as well? And he's not really aired any dirty laundry other than "I feel my performance review and bonus/raise was really unfair."

Though the threat to delete the files.....

Burn no bridges, you never know when you may have to retreat.

most government jobs have their own perks, such as early retirement and great health benefits that private companies can't match. for example, cops have the option to retire after 20 years in service while still getting paid 50% of peak salary. imagine all the options one has after the age of say, 40ish? 60k+ of passive income, pensioned as fu*k and an unmatched medical plan while private dudes gets laid off left and right due to market cycles etc...

pros and cons to either sides of the coin, i would say.

Meh, the benefits of government work aren't what they used to be.
