Noods has no Fs given. Really only a good strategy unless you have a back up plan. Hopefully you have that plan ?

What's a performance bonus? I can do three people's jobs plus my own in the federal government all year....and maybe get a thank you.

Sometimes I come into this thread to try to figure out if it is all one elaborate role-playing story. I don't understand how adults could spend so much time giving advice to a lunatic without there being some inside joke I'm missing.

This made me smile. Imagine a bunch of SFers rolling deep acting tough. Classic stuff...

...and by classic I am ofcourse referencing our dress code.

Didn't you just try to get a job somewhere else and not get picked? Isn't it kind of a bad idea to give the finger to your current job in lieu of an alternative?

Noodles:  I hope you're kidding about deleting reports or other electronically stored information belonging to the company.  Employers do not mess around with that stuff.  I've been retained many times by companies to sue (former) employees over stuff like this.

Regarding compensation, approach it in a more professional manner.  It's perfectly fine to let your employer know you're unhappy with your compensation as long as it is in the context of asking what do I need to do to make sure we're not having the same conversation next year.  Of course, it goes without saying you need to be valued enough that they would be unhappy if you left.  If you're on thin ice, they'll tell you to leave if you don't like it.

We're all applying to be Noodles' life coach.  I hear it pays in Formosas that are NWT and still in the plastic.
