Just buy Murls suit. You'd be absolutely crazy if you didn't. It's only a couple 100 more than suit supply at 50% off.

Everyone should answer every question you have or every post you make with "buy Murls suit", until you have bought it.

Hmmm...we have a few gentlemen who dress nicely. Other than them, I think the rest of the building couldn't care any less about what they wear. I just took a JAB at them.

That's because you're so skinny well built. I need to be very careful with adding extra fabric around the waist...

@The Noodles buy Murls suit!

Who said he offered it for 50% of its original price??? I think that's too dang low. He was generous on the glenn plaid (25% off) but that was worn once or twice. I see Oral Squirrel wearing the grey flannel like every day:rimshot:

The houndstooth suit is a bit flashy, or at least unusual, which amounts to the same thing. I decided to go for it anyway because it was too awesome to pass up. I think we all--including Noodles--know that he needs to get other suits first, but let him dream ...

How many of us have thought of buying that suit from Murl just to torment Noodles?

Oh, it's awesome for sure - just trying to bring Noodles back to reality a little bit. Too much fantasy is no good for anyone, more so in his case. smile.gif

Hmmm...I find myself looking at suits with some awesomeness in them. Then again, I have 1 solid navy suit. I will follow through on your instructions to build up on staples (solids) first. I guess it is the noob in me that keeps getting distracted by flashy suits.

The summer is upon us, I think I will attempt to find a nice light grey suit.

I am the one that offered it to Noodles at around 50% off.

I have worn the suit about 10 times. Noodles probably just thinks I wear it all the time because every time I do, I post in WAYWRN.....because it is awesome.

I still remember seeing that picture and cussing out aloud in my office. It must've been the kitchen and the granite countertop and the frying pans. white cabinets.

You should definitely get the Formosa Minnis fresco while 50 is still available. Perfect for DC in the summer.

I have no idea what Noodles is objecting to here.

In any event, I’m very grateful to EliodA for his typically well-informed commentary and suggestions, and likewise to all who responded so helpfully ( @archibaldleach @Murlsquirl @EliodA ).

Thanks, guys.

Cheers,
